I think the current recommendation is that we all use recycled paper bags.
😁
Are they the brown ones, made from recycled toilet paper? I remember the not so good looking females were rated as a 1 bag or 2 bag job, the second bag was in case the first one fell off during the date
I just imagine what the young women said about the potential male's available at the time ..... but you knew it wasn't flattering when they came out of the toilets, looked around and started laughing .... no one was ever sure if it was them, they were laughing about ..... so, we all just went back to the bar and got another drink

This one came up on a US based forum
Hotel California.jpeg
They had suggested that if the song had been in the background of the political ads with soundbites from Trumps rallies, then this filled the screen for the last 5 secs ..... voters may have thought twice (one reply said if they had thought at all it would have saved them from the next however long ......) seems even the locals aren't happy ....

Nup, never heard of it. Is it another version of 1984? Where the pig was king of the heap?

Q: What’s the difference between Canada and the United States of America?

A: Canada is led by a banker.
The USA is led by a w… er, criminal fraudster.

This piece came up on one of those annoying interruptions when I open a new tab ..... and distracted to the point I forget what I planned to search for on Google

https://www.msn.com/en-gb/news/other/th ... 7398&ei=11
I haven't fact checked this .... I was about to when I got caught by the "It can't happen here" article

It has an interesting take on the fluctuations in the USA over the yrs linking it to politics obviously a bias view, but the events associated with these changes may show a bit of truth in amongst it

Towards the end of the article, a bit about the balance of power politically, losing its way, possibly as the result of the amount of money involved in buying a political favour or friendly to your way of making money political party ... will history repeat, but much bigger this time because the world is a global market these days ..... but it seems inevitable that the USD will lose it's primary currency status ..... something the puppet masters who pull Trumps strings might not have thought enough about before they let him lose ......

Wasn't that George Orwell's Animal Farm, not 1984, where allies and enemies could change as quick as an announcement and the people just accepted it ... or ended up in retraining camps .....
