Ray's photo in the July photos would have qualified the eastern states are half hour ahead not behind SA, it's the clock on the forum that is out. Your first post in this topic shows 9:42am and I know which state you are in, my clock on the computer is 9:15am and the forum clock is 10:15am.

Yes Geoff... I look at it this way... it's open for entries until I lock it for judging. Sometime it may even be a few days over if something unforseen may happen.
That time of forum can be a problem at times along with Daylight Savings time & personal settings. I'm over it!!

Almost stepped on these two - sun baking themselves - in the grounds of the Western Flora CVP, 22 klm N of Eneabba WA (south of Geraldton but inland a bit).
Took one in the sun & the other in my shadow - just in case it turned out better.
What would have made it better is if I'd thought to use the bloody zoom instead of getting down on my aching knees..... !
