Gday,
I am a caravaner trying to make sense of some of the newer technical stuff. I do not claim to have any specific knowledge on non mechanical stuff but am prepared to listen and glean information. I am a member of other forums where I get very dispondant at the attitudes of some towards emerging technology.
I am looking forward to some robust debate, and hopefully with out the personal attacks that seem prevalent in other places.
I also like Kangaroo stew

Welcome Peter to the 'happy' place!
I too think it's important to listen to others with new ideas because they may just be the ones that eventually are the norm.
They need encouragement & sometimes even some desperately needed help.
Enjoy the Forum.

G'day Peter and welcome to the Happy Forum

Are you going to the Whitfield UWE? You might be lucky and get another lot of kangaroo stew
The knowledge base here will grow, maybe slowly but I hope it will remain quality stuff. There are a lot of very clever and very smart people out there, the two can be the same but not always, the steam engine only became the powerhouse it is through someone improving someone else's idea, new is much harder these day but innovative ideas are what is needed these days. Peter Manins' idea with the swing out additional solar panel, new thinking for an age old problem, that's what it's all about.
Hope you enjoy it here and decide to stay.

Yep I am going to Whitfield really looking forward to it. The M.o.W.a.F. has been on the blower and asked for a site right on the river. This time I will arrive with FULL water tanks.
I can see from the tone here that it is a bit more relaxed.

Hi Bellett 65,
Have to ask, Thursday was up at Morayfield shops, saw a very nice refurbished Bellett of around that vintage.
