Suburban gas and 240v RV hot water system SW6DEA

This is a used Suburban Gas and 240v RV Hot Water system.
Is in good working order, both on gas and 240 volts.
New retail is over $800. I'm asking $350 for it.
The gas is controlled from a 12 volt switch which can be fitted in a convenient place, so you can easily turn it off or on from inside your RV.
As you can see from the pics, the insulation foam has cracked and come away in places, I have sika-flexed it back on though and it should make no difference to the operation of the unit.
The door has a small dent in the bottom left corner, and the escutcheon plate is a bit warped and dented, but will be quite useable.
With all the accessories - pipe fittings, screws, electrical wiring and control box and the 12v switch.
I can send it in the original Suburban box's, one for the unit itself and one for the door.
Probably cost about $50 to eastern mainland states...
If you wanted the system to look new, you can buy a new door separately elsewhere.
