The last cuppla days here we have had thunder storms .
55mm yesty 48mm so far today not a lot but when it drops in a small time its lots .
Front yard about a third under as it flows by , back yard about half full but receding .
Almost up to the top of the pavers Bruce just so you know .
BUT WELCOMED as we have been in a drought .
And still more to come , its rumbling just north of us and coming this way...maybe ?
All the tanks are over flowing 20,000 gallon's all up .
We are happy .
Bernie and Carol .

Good news that it's raining where it's wanted, cause we don't want all the rain we are still getting here. But saying that, I can't remember seeing it as green as it is here at the moment, the grass is over waist high and has seed heads along the edges of the freeway because they can't keep up, it's growing that fast. We even have grass growing in the dead lawn areas in the front yard, might make it look a bit better come sale time

Must be the season for rain?
We had a very wet day yesterday........ good soaking rain nearly all day.
About 30mls someone said. Tanks over flowing too but not a drop to be seen laying around here. (very deep sand along the coast)
Lucky I took the bung out of the dinghy?
Bernie did you EVER get that paving finished? lol

Just up the road from Bernie, we had around 100mm yesterday and some very wild weather. About to hit 50mm so far today and no sign of it abating but a much quieter night. Will go to bed now to the lovely sound of falling rain.

Cheers
Lesley

just got drowned, drowned drowned doing a twilight cinema gig. Thunder, lightning rain, still didn't deter half the "blues brothers" film fans. They just sat through it. Keen! Its been terribly dry here (SE Melb) but not too hot. The rain is welcome.
