Well, we have to laugh in the face of adversity. My cask almost empty (bottles are difficult to dispose of when we travel). Erich said “I’ll get one out of the Engel fridge in the back of the Suzuki”. I said “don’t think there is one”. He came in with one. I said “there is a God”. He said “Must be Bacchus”. And I laughed and laughed....it’s the little things guys.

With all the painkillers I’m swallowing I’m not allowed to drink any alcohol.
It’s NINE WEEKS today since I had my fall.
According to the Docs, I face at least another three weeks of pain.
The way my body is behaving they could be right!

UPDATE:
Xray on Friday found the gaps in the fractures are slightly wider than 3 weeks ago!
That means the past three months has seen basically no progress.
So maybe I’m facing six months of this bl#%}y pain.

Last time I mixed meds & vino I ended up in ICU.
I learned a lesson from that.

so f233kit. I drove to town brought things we are not allowed to have,not sursposed to go to town. Sometimes a little drinck helps you!

Yes i had rotercuff op on shoulder. Here wayne here is your meds for the next few days when your out of hospital.
They stayed in my bag, I drank a few good WINES with my meals and had many multivitarmins.
Yes the pain was F233kit bad at times, but i accually fealit good and am recovering even at 60+
I also keep moving, F233kit it hurt moving but you?I new the pain would eventualy would subsid to a degree that you could keep pushing on!
