Funnily enough there are such things as crates and harnesses for such occasions. Glad no harm came to the dogs.

Re: dog races airplane??
You been looking in my window at night Dottie? The latest episode:
Ruby has adopted Brian and has allowed him to share her houseboat, as long as good fresh red meat is served regularly and bacon for breakfast .... apparently he was informed where to stick the eggs this morning
Now Coco and Ruby spend all day together at the workshop but spend the night at different residences. Coco seemed to take the upgrade well, all the meat bones and food in a bowl was his, no being pushed away by Ruby so she could take first pickings. Puttin' Cat is slowly coming to grips with a rodent sized unit sleeping on the lounge when the TV is on and actually spent the night in the house this time .... once Coco was shut in the bathroom for the night Whoose cat, it will finally realise that Coco isn't big enough to cause a problem and at the worst would take two gulps to swallow
So, very happy Brian, he has the small dog he wanted to share his life with, Ruby has an obedient servant, Coco get's all the attention he wants in the evening and still terrorises the cat ... well for the moment, the cat is sort of getting the feel for sharing a house at night with a rat, and the 2 dogs get to play together each day .... everyone's a winner

People Still Tracking Dog? And only one dog on the loose, had to carry the other dog cause its little legs couldn't keep up Those little rat dogs might have tiny legs, but sure can move when they want to get away .....
