Will await the aftermath and the yanks deserve what ever they get from that person. End of rant.

Hmmmm..... I guess we are yet to see how this will play out .... might be time to get the solar powered Winnie from theoretical to a working project so we aren't reliant on fossil fuels ..... who know what wars will interrupt the supply chain now.

Dottie, if Trump does what he says he will, it won't only be the US citizens that will suffer, I wonder how many US citizens are looking at alternate countries to move to .......

Never has been majority rules over there, they have strangest system of electoral college votes that combine the senator a house members added together to see of the candidates from each party won, then in some states the party who gets the most candidates across the line, get all that state's votes electoral college votes, so even balance there, some states have a lot more college votes than others, the one who heads the party as their presidential candidate, and that party has than 270 college vote, decides the president, no opposition president, they either fade away or start their campaign ready for the mid term elections, if they will still have them in 2 yrs time

Yes, it is a vastly different system to the Westminster based arrangement that we know and understand.
Time will tell if it's a popular result over there, and worldwide.

It seems most yanks don't even like their current system, there seems to be a push for the popular vote i.e. one vote for candiate of choice with no Electoral College in between, was no chance before but now the donald has won the popular vote, who knows ?
