Yes David - the zoo is in Dubbo, but not the town.
Terry - the clue has relevance and should be the give-away as everyone over thirty has held one (the clue) in their hand at some point. Sadly, it's all history now.
dawg ($clue: it's one of these - paper, rock, scissors, but not all)
Experience is a wonderful thing. It helps you recognise a mistake when repeated.
Heading south then, what about Peak Hill. The site of an historic open cut gold mine and a lot of old shops. From memory the bakery is OK and beer at the pubs is cold.
Cheers

Started as a gold rush town.
Henry Lawson lived here - hint $$$.
One of the primary locations in Thomas Alexander Browne's Robbery under Arms.
The original Jimmy Governor, on whom Thomas Kenneally based his character for The Chant of Jimmy Blacksmith, grew up in the xxxxxx district.

Have you ever seen "The Boat That Rocks" Brad, there was a character in the movie that gave clues like you do When someone gets this you have to explain how the clues tie in, you've got me..... unless there is more than one town with this shop in it
A person may fail many times, they only become a failure when they blame someone else John Burrows
Those who struggle to become a leader, rarely know a clear direction forward for anyone but themselves
The Henry Lawson Festival is at Grenfell. The main areas mentioned in Robbery Under Arms are the Weddin Mountains and the Turon area, Sofala etc.You should know that I never give up Brad, I just need a little more help. The worst part is that I am sure that we have had the same answer from a different pic on a previous forum somewhere. Getting old is a bu**er isn't it. Maybe T1 will jump in and put me out of my misery
Cheers
