Yes, it's a view of some of the hills which make up the Scenic Rim Shire*, which is centred on Boonah, the site of the first (and only) rally I attended.
The pic was taken from a back road about 5km north of the rally site.
*That was the first hint: "a very scenic place." Surprised no-one picked up on it...
