#13 Bruce starting to burn a block of cane

#14 Fire has a hold now.

They walk around the block with the lighter & the fires works its way into the centre & the heat is extreme to say the least. I took these from the veranda of our home on the farm.

Yep, twas Kay's surprise birthday party... worked a treat... think there were about three thousand four hundred & thirty seven attendees.

Well, maybe not quite that many, but we had a good time & it's fair to say that Kay was well & truly caught off guard.
