I spent the whole day working in this heat... in my airconditioned shed. Cutting micro scraps of glass and it is hard to get any two pieces to match up with each other.
Terry, not a party animal, it's just quieter at night time and it gives my brain a chance to think, without any extra interruptions.

So, down in my shed,it has also been a thinking/creating sort of day. I am tired too, so night all xxx

Definitely the girls shed, he has his own shed. Mine is my art studio and he has to knock before entering, it's the only way that I can protect all my tools from being "borrowed". I am very tidy with my tools, but he can never find his stuff in his shed!
Got all hot n bothered today, well I fired the kiln anyway, and it was very hot. Tomorrow will be rewarding, when I can see how the stuff all fired. Always my favourite day of the whole process.

Well I cracked the kiln this morning, the shelves were still hot to touch. The glass was very sparkly and exciting, but I have spent until now, gluing tiny bits of sparkly glass onto earings, rings and bobby pins. Oh I hate glue. Tomorrow, all the dangly earings will need to be wired onto the hooks, not my favourite job. Probably take most of the day, it is so fiddly.
Think I need some ugly sleep,

As you notice from my last post, I spent nearly all night last night gluing tiny bits of glass to metal fittings. I spent most of today, wiring up fiddly dangly earings and I am honestly going to admit. I am very tired, but satisfied that the job is finally done and I can relax a bit now. I am definitely going down for some ugly sleep. Would one of you loverly peoples do the candelabra tonight please?
