Fingers and toes crossed Dot. xxxx Safe travel to the big smoke.

Another Aussie Day event, been and finished for another year. We only had a bit of drizzly rain and a great crowd turned up for breakfast. The bay was full of crazy pleasure crafts and jet skiers for most of the day. Now tranquility is reigning supreme ( they are all in bed I suspect).

Tennis is good again but I am buggered, just hope Nadal doesn't win, his constant de dagging , stroking his nose and ears, grunting every time he hits the ball drives me crazy...Goodnight everyone x

It's hot again, the rain didn't last very long at all.

Oh well, I need some ugly sleep tonight so off to bed.

WOW what a game of tennis between Roger and Rafa but OMG my boy Rog out did the dedagger Not a very good sportsman is Rafa, he stood there with a face like a ruptured bum, no smiles and stood with arms crossed, then on the other hand Roger is always a true gentleman and sportsman. Well done Roger it was a really good game. Now I can turn the air con off and open the windows hoping the nice cool change gets here soon. Goodnight everyone x Goodnight Norman x

Good luck with your cool change Dot. It has been a stinker here today and felt like a storm was imminent, but it never eventuated. The air is still so heavy that my little air con is busy blowing away above my desk.
Glad your fav gent won the tennis.

Today was cooler... 46*.
Our air-con was fixed on Friday. (at last)

The only cool breeze here is the air con. Going to have a try to sleep with it above the bed tonight. Last night was really a no sleep night, so have no choice.
