Nightly Goodnight Everyone

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Yes thanks Dot, the fang is settling down now.
Had a good ay at Hornsby RTSL selling enough jewellery to put a smile on the dial. But it's freezing here, so off to that lovely pre-warmed bed.
Goodnight one and all xxx

Yes Dot.... I feel for you with Norton on that computer!
Everything you try to do will hit a brick wall I'm afraid.
I doubt if it'll let you go near Facebook at all?
I did find a website that told how to bypass Norton to get things done but that defeats the purpose of it anyway?
Be good if G can get his money back for it?

You got that right Dot, the glass work has kept me going, now I can relax until the next load of glass comes in the post. I am excited to see what the quality of the Chinese stuff is like. Thanks to Jon, I have some time to wait for the parcel, but what a bargain find!
Spent today relaxing after all the excitement of yesterday at the Hornsby RSL market day. Suppose that tomorrow it will be back to normal and work will resume... maybe.
Stay warm you lot,
goodnight from me xxx

Fill that freezer Dot, the prices of food in some of those way out places is astronomical :o :o I am starting to cook double meals to do just that for our next adventure. Bad luck that the jayco only holds a few spare meals, but when I cook on our travels, I keep the freezer full.

Spent the day waiting for the plumber to return. Finally got the irits and rang to find that the part isn't available until tomorrow (yeah sure thing). I don't seem to have much trust in this guy now.

Off to Gosford in the morning, so an early night is needed. Good night all n sundry xxx

Doubt we will be doing any more traveling with the van Dot.

Since we returned last November my back pain has increased considerably, Doc says it's degenerative & fairly common in 'older folk' ! The only chair I can sit in for any length of time is an adjustable office type chair... I can drop the back of the chair down so that I'm sitting in a "V"... all other chairs, including Father-in-laws (RIP) old Jason recliner now no longer help. So, last week we went out & ordered a beaut multi adjustable chair... should be here next week. Additionally, our 26 year old Queen bed has been passed down to one of our grandkids - who loves it - & we bought a couple of king singles with very expensive mattresses & they get delivered today.

As if that wasn't enough I have a bite of some sort on a knuckle of my left hand & last week I ended up with a red streak heading up my arm - up to about an inch wide. Back of the hand swelled up & was extremely tender. Doc gave me some antibiotics but didn't help much, then a different brand which seems to have stopped the red streak, but, the arm is still painful & the inner elbow is now also tender. Back of the hand swelling has reduced but not completely & the colour is a lot paler than the right hand. Bite - if that's what it was - is about the size of the nail on my little finger & slightly rounded. Have had the arm in a sling (now & then  ) & yesterday I had a check for blood clots - all clear - have another check of some kind later this morning. If that also proves negative dunno what the next move will be. Surprised they didn't take a sample from the bite area.

Sunny days here this week but night temps down to 2 - 4 all week.

Will advise when all good again.
