Headache has gone-ish. But we still had things to do. So we did our usual Vinnies run and I got a great one. Two of those olde worlde lead crystal dressing table trays for $2 each. After all the lessons this week, I want to smash up the crystal (criminal I know) and refire it to become fancy modern stuff, like jewellery. So this is a very cheap place to start with my latest experiments.

Then tonight we went out for dinner to a local club, and I won a very large half of a double smoked ham. Smells really delish. I had a bit of trouble getting it into the van fridge, but we managed eventually. Looks like ham sangas for lunch tomorrow.

Had a great fun day with our mob at Fingal Bay. Now the rains have come, so everyone has scattered back to their vans for the night. I am totally wrecked from all this wild partying...well, mild festivities might be more truthful.

Had a quiet day today, Picked some cherries and packed them into a small box ready to post to my sister seeing as I can't indulge this year Mind you the tree got a good pruning last time so didn't expect a big crop this year. Drove down the highway to home today. So now the countdown to Christmas will start in earnest. Tomorrow, prado service and rego check. I may finally start to get the calendar ready for printing for next year. Every time I think I have the photos all ready to send it off, our daughter sends us more photos of the three year old. The kids change so fast at this age, I do want to use the latest pics, as by next December the photos on the calendar will be a year old.

Deborah I have been sending my sister a little box of our cherries for the past 5 yrs and they have always arrived in perfect condition. We ditched Christmas so no shopping for us, find it too commercial
