Not that much energy Dot, just can't stand to leave the tasks of emptying the van for too long. All the washing is now done too, but not done by me. HMV has that task, so it's all good.

Shed time today. It was just as hot here too, but the kiln had to be fired. The pottery moulds have finally dried enough to fire, so after I stacked the kiln, I left the kiln to do it's thing without me. I did very little after that, just too hot n tired to do much at all.
Off to dreamland for me too,

Another hot day in the lair and working in my shed was hot, even with the old air con on.

This heat has got to a lot of us down South as well!
That and some of our trip has been in an 'out of range' experience!!
Dot tried to get on the net but it was just too patchy. Told her to try up stairs but maybe this morning it'll be all go!

Spent time with the accountant to send off last year's tax, then back home to start up the kiln. While it was firing, I played mud pies with clay, making some more kinds of moulds. Time will tell if they are any good or not. Today's firing was to fuse two layers of glass together with some pretty bits included. Tomorrow they will get carefully placed over the moulds that were fired last week. Hopefully this is a shorter firing, as the glass only has to bend a little bit around the moulds. So I am pretty tired tonight.

Stayed put today, the fishers got more yabbies and the wonder woman fisher got the biggest of all the fish caught. All carp of course. Saw the Murray Princess and the other boat (forgotten the name) went past today so that was interesting to watch the pelicans and seagulls followed them. Everyone has gone to bed and the tennis has just finished so time for me to hit the sack so goodnight everyone x and goodnight Bob n Bev x

Looks like the fishing is good, bad luck about the eating of said fish. Enjoy it while you are free to do so.

The glass fusing was interesting and only one of the three bits is looking like I expected, so there has been a lot of learning done here today. Hope you are all safe in this heat,been awful here today. Anyway I am needing a lot of ugly sleep,
