Correct, it's Wollongong boat harbour. That is some test drive, the vehicle would have been picked up in Ballina I'm guessing. If you are ever in the area, this spot is worth a visit, good food available at a range of service levels as well

Thanks Terry, I haven't been on the Pacific Highway for over 4 years. Probably hasn't changed.
