That is good news for you but also sad news :(
Have also accepted an offer on the house so that's under contract to be settled on or before the 21st December.
Just have to find a smaller property that we like now. we did find a couple but they didn't work out.

pulled the fridge out in order to try and get the 12 volt power in working order, I found that the earth connection on the element had that much corrosion and rust on it that it would not complete the circuit, hence no 12 volt cooling, as I was trying to get the connection apart to clean everything it broke off the element, as the element is stainless steel I had no way to fix/weld/ braze/solder a new connector on, the only thing I could think off was to use a very small stainless hose clamp to hold a crimped spade connecter in place on the element, not perfect but this was the fix that was needed, checked to 12 volt operation and all is good.

I made a lock for my mchitch as they only sell a Hayman pin type lock . And looks like we're going into selling them.

A bit damp-ish though... especially around the residences of BruceS & 'Homeless' Brian...

Dot,
Have you missed the TV ads?
It's a caravan hitch that uses a horizontal lock-in pin attached to a TREG hitch. Pin is fixed to the tug, and you just reverse into the receiver. Simple! ( :? According to the ads, anyway!)

No Ray haven't seen anything like that on tv but then again probably didn't notice if it's a caravan thing.
