In my mind a large screw driver and a little brute force to un clip the hinge off the main pin is the only answer and force the new one on. Any ideas? :?:

Yeah take it off and to the joker who does ali welding same thing happened to ours in NZ

Cara Rest said they have some on order for me for $3.50 each, I guess a welder might charge more than that.

I used it on a few things and it works great, the area to be repaired must be as clean as possible.

It has been mentioned on other forums, CF I think that superglue and baking powder do the same job, I tried it but it was nothing like this stuff.
