Nightly Goodnight Everyone

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

What a hot one today was. Had to keep topping up the bird baths their poor beaks were wide open. Went to visit a friend this arvo, she is having a rough time with her health but her positive attitude impresses me a lot. Even though she has it rough she is also thinking about others e.g me. :D Nothing done in the bus today too dam hot but we are trying to head over to the block this Friday for a couple of days. This Thursday I have to have a wider excision of the thing on the back of my knee, the local last week for the biopsy was so painful this time I am doing my own local before I have the deep local & before the cutting begins. Hoping to be able to drive on Friday but hey that's what drugs are for aren't they :?: Off to shower now then bed e buys so goodnight everyone x :D Goodnight j-d. x :D

Dot I had a cancer removed from my nose by a surgeon. The biopsy process was so painful, that I was not being very brave about the removal stage. That was almost totally painless and I couldn't believe when the surgeon told me he was finished. Hope you have the same sort of experience. xxxx

We had no problems with fires near the roads that we travel on the way home, so all was good. We are now back at the lair and now have the van unpacked and sorting out a few other issues now.

sleep well everyone xxx

Dot I can see you too. xxxx

The smokey haze is so thick that I stayed inside the house, but have still taken all the usual antihistamines and have the thumping head to prove it. Still waiting to grow out of my allergies, like the specialist told me I would. Hahahaha

nighty night one and all xxx

Think we won't be going to the block this weekend but during next week. The weather is too hot for now plus I don't think my knee will be good enough to drive as it's the clutch leg  Another lizard sighting today this time in G's shed so another water station put down for it. Brian just looked at it and sniffed from afar then walked away. So much for killer cats  Time for bed so goodnight everyone x :D Goodnight Rossp x :D

What, no strawberry pieces? We have both a water bowl and a tray of reptile food for our lizard population. The word must have been spread because we get a wandering parade of them through the office. We think the original I named "G'day" might have been a road victim, the one's wandering through now are younger but not near as conditioned to us walking around.

Terry no strawberries just snails and water for our lizards :D . God it was hot today air con was on for a few hrs this arvo. Had my wider excision done today 8-) and it wasn't too bad but then I did a bit of my own local numbing before the Dr got his stinging needle into me. Not too bad that stuff. now wait and stitches out in 2 weeks. Never ending when you get bloody old. Anyway time to say goodnight everyone x :D Goodnight Tanks and Mr Major xx

Dot, I keep saying it but they dont believe me....getting old sucks. It certainly isn't for the feint hearted. xxxx

It was hot here too and still smokey. So another indoors day. I got bored after lunch, so went down the yard to my shed, shut the doors and turned on the air con. I cut enough fancy shaped pieces of glass to make two more Christmas trees and set up the kiln to get started in the morning. It will take three days firing to get the two trees all done, No rest here for the wicked.

sleep cool out there xxx

"tanks" here---
Major and I are watching the rain and the puddles left on the back yard.
Just under 10 ml at the Bunker and very welcome for the brown lawn.
Good morning Dot & G'man and other Forum people.
Keith.
I'm now 87 years old, having experienced another birthday, and I'm still living in WA, single (gave up looking), white hair, no teeth, no money, no worries.
I plan to have another birthday next year.

Hope you are getting some cooler breezes now Dot xxxx

Keith, your area is desperately in need of quite a few puddles, so enjoy watching it fall all around .

Today was again hot n smokey, so again an inside day. I fired up the kiln very early and took the trees out of it tonight. Now it is loaded with the next layer of trees and ready to be fired up in the morning. Not much else happening here at the lair.We are in survival mode.

good night one and all xxx
