OMG this is the page where I can say "the devil made me do it" I was watching the rugby and dozed off 5 minutes before the end woke up a few minutes after the end then promptly dozed off again happy to know the good AB's did it in style. All the numbing agents have worn off and every time I bend my knee I am reminded of OUCH . We also have had some gentle rain tonight so the gardens are happy. Late goodnight Dot.We have had 15 mm of rain overnight after a hot day and some of the best thunder I have heard for a long time. Still hasn't finished yet. Evie spent the night in the camp kitchen and the fluffy cat is still hiding in the shed. The rain should have put out the fire down by the river and settled the ash but it may have caused a downy mildew outbreak in the grapes and will bring up those caltrop weeds. Cheers John

We are living in the middle of party central. As soon as our several feral neighbours decide it's almost summer, they go crazy. We have three different houses around us with blaring music , screaming adults and thumping "dancing" Any minute now I reckon some of these "dancers" are going to thump right through the floorboards. (Can't wait for that to happen).
Don't think I will get much sleep with this racket going on, but the painkillers should help my headache if nothing else.
I let the feral party mobs go until 2am then I call the cops. Was cooler today so got some bus tidying up done but it buggered me out. Watched the world cup and the best team won. Dot, I felt like they were reading my computer. About 1am, the noise settled down to just a whimper, so we got some sleep at least. xxxx
Today was another stinker, until around dinner time when we sterted to get tiny showers. Finally around 8, the sky opened up and it really rained. Good consistent rain. Apparently it will stay that way for most of the night. Yeehah.

Much cooler today with a few drops of rain. Back to the Dental clinic tomorrow then a break for a week or so. Have had a weird ph bill for Oct, one call was $70 odd to a 1900 number ???? no way M8 so they took that off but still a couple of weird calls like $20 for one mobile call ??? Unable to speak to a person so all on the email back and forth crap. So now I'm off to bed . Goodnight everyone x Goodnight Robert not bob x
