Thank you everyone for your lovely birthday wishes. Had a good day doing the tourist thing around the area and also took a big bag of my fat clothes to each of the op shops in the area and only came home with a couple of shirts for George and a picture frame for my friend and ok also a blouse for me 
I got a little bit of cake but nup couldn't convince the arm / tongue to chuck it down the gullet. Had a glass of wine and it had no taste so another flop so back to the usual drinks. Brian gave me a really cute fluffy owl with huge eyes but he decided he liked it so now using it for kick boxing Farmers market on here tomorrow but if like the last one it's cheaper at the fruit /veg shop in Mt Barker but shall go and check it out. Once again thanks everyone, and this time 2 yrs ago I was still in ICU not thinking I would be here today. BTW Bernie no I just went to sleep last night
