Flat battery
So how do you charge completely flat battery maybe a dumb charger or car charger
something else if you don’t have the right thing

Wayne I really think you need to use a multi-meter on each & every cell in your complete bank of battery cells.
Do up a list of 1 to how many you have on paper & biro. Mark each cell with a Texta or similar to correspond with each one.
Once you do that decisions can be made in regards to regenerating your battery bank.
It may be a good time to undo each & every link connecting each cell & bringing each one up to full charge as T1 describes on his website. Maybe a couple of cells have passed quietly away?
