Just for a laugh , find the other end of the brown wire. Measure it above the terminal connection and under the terminal , just in case you have a crack connection on your link, as has been highlighted earlier on this thread.
Edit, for some reason I couldn't see Jon's latest post.
Wayne, are all the connectors one spot out on the out side of your connector block.
As I have said above , check everything at the other end of the wire. That means measure it at the connectors then follow it back to the cell and needs e it again. Then check the voltage under the connectors link, on the top of the cell.

Thanks had though about replacing the hole fuse in the back of my mind I thought that might be a change it was crook some ware 🤔

Just replace the fuses with the correct physical size.

The fuses fitted definitely don't appear to line up with the fuse holder which could be causing a bad connection.

Put the same colour and size in the fuse box as terry did when he fitted it out years ago

Wayne.

Could you please take the fuse out and take a photo of the alignment of the fuse pins with the fuse box connector.

And please take a photo showing the alignment with a SMALL fuse.

To me, the fuses look wrong.
