Doug's Forum Closure

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Doug's Forum Closure

Post by BruceS »

It is with regret that I've noticed that Doug McKean has decided to close his forum.
I felt his forum was still filling a void & supplying a needed service.
I'd just like to thank him & wish him all the best for the future.
Perhaps we can keep any or all discussion and comments in regards to this closure out of this forum?
There will be around 10 days for anyone to pop in to Doug's Forum for comments & compliments to be made if you so wish. (closing on 16th)

Thankyou Doug.

Aren't people funny, one comment from the closing forum talks about this forum and another. This forum is classified as the "happy forum", whilst he'll be joining the other one as did BBB.

Thanks to Doug for providing a forum when the old CMCA was closed. All comments about the politics of the closure are reserved for another "forum".

  I was about to ask the same thing. I think it was aussie Rodney who first stuck his neck out and opened a forum for the displaced CMCA members, then Doug opened one and Rodney closed his, I wonder who owns this new forum and if the contents as a whole will be shifted or just bits of it.
Anyway, best we leave the issues behind us and smile more on the happy forum :D
Kinda like that title, the happy forum, who gave us that tag?

Interesting times as well as political times. We have an "Ask your Question" thread here so ask away, you will get an answer in view of all.. Nothing to hide with me at least. I will only answer Questions I am able to answer and I won't hide from them either. :o

Depends on how many bottles you have consumed yourself.
