Once, maybe even twice in 40 years, but not so often that my licence was in jeopardy.....

The camera may have been there but not working.
I may have been on holidays in Spain so they did not bother.
The Turkey in the oven was not cooked properly which kept me at home that day...
We could go on and on avoiding the truth...... However, the FACTS speak for themselves. You can play with the facts, distort them, or even ignore them but it does not change the FACTS...

I thought this discussion was dead and buried then someone will open a stubby or two and out comes the Bush Lawyer...
