Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Shirley,
I think you’re revealing a bit too much of your priorities.

Maybe, he would float to the top of the list if you sorted the 225 years of history from the oldest first.... he arrived in 1788 on the Sirius.

This is getting serious for our history hackers..... oh, and did I say Sydney Harbour?

Surely there must be some Sydney fisher folk who know the southern areas.

My guy was a bit of a jack of sll trades. But he was known as a game hunter. Amongst other jobs... not an engineer like Robert Watson.

Ray, Captain Cook named Port Jackson after Sir George Jackson, one of the Lord Commissioners of the British Admiralty, and Judge Advocate of the Fleet.

 My knowledge of Sydney’s geography is a tad lacking.
So I am at a loss finding names to search.
The only likely suspect on Google Maps is Dolans Bay, named after Dominick Dolan, although his profession is not specified in Wikipedia.
