Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Good morning all. Looks like a lovely day coming up. Out of isolation now. Had my flu shot yesterday and renewed my driver’s license - queued outside the door, only 2 customers at a time inside.

Now to motivate myself to go walking. Enjoy your day everyone.
Cheers

Morning folks another day above the grass, overcast and expecting showers late this afternoon. Trying to find the energy to do some more outside, maybe after this coffee. Take care Robert

Late good morning, 27 cloudy, N/W breeze coming across the lake, not many venturing out on the lake lately.
We've had our flu shot, booked in to have the pneumonia shot later this month.
G'son called this morning to check on us, told us to stay at home again. :D

Missie Houdini did it again this morning. We observed. She really is quite methodical in testing all the enclosure until she finds her way out. Not the super smart chook with an excellent memory we had expected. Sure enough she found the one weak section & made her escape. If she escapes again tomorrow it wont be from that spot!

Rodney the rooster tries to look after her but Hettie the hen doesn't like sharing him & gives her a hard time. As yet Missie hasn't been 'home' long enough for the differences between she & Hettie to be resolved.

That will change from tomorrow .... unless she finds another weak spot that is undetectable by mere humans.

There's a reason Missie wants out cuppa...
You'll work it out when there's only one hen left .

It has been a reasonable sort of a day here at Chateau Lockdown. Mainly sunny with light wind and no rain since 9.00am.
One of the old boys mates was ninety today but we couldn't get him on the phone. He is only up the road a bit so we went and had a look. Fortunately he had just left the phone off the hook and gone to sleep. Didn't look too good when I looked in the window though. So we sang him happy birthday and buggered off, social distancing at all times.
I had a haircut yesterday arvo. It probably won't look too bad in a week or two.
I think the weather is about to change again. Either that or I am getting muscle pain from doing the wax on wax off thing to the bull bar. Some of it doesn't look too bad.
Cheers

Good morning 19 sunny, looks like another pleasant day to spend by the lake. :D
G'sons seem to be enjoying this home schooling, get the set school studies completed, go for a long ride on the bikes, do some fishing or kayaking on the lake, only miss seeing their mates & visiting us.
