Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Cuppa,
Those exercises look OK for a person in good physical condition.
However, given my present situation rib-wise, maybe not a good idea.
Dropping quickly onto my right side would result in an instant (and painful) reminder that I have 11 broken ribs which have not yet healed .
Maybe I’ll leave trying the exercises until my ribs heal. ;)
Regards & God bless,
Ray

Good morning on a very much cooler morning. Think it will be an after brekky walk in the sunshine. Wishing we could drive to the Gold Coast today to take out eldest grandchild out for lunch on her 20th. Family all in NSW and she is up here at Uni .
Bernie just read back a few posts - teach me to read more. Hope you are on the correct treatment if the onset of vertigo. I have some intra muscular stemetil here- got it plus syringes for when Bruce used to get frequent attacks of Menieres as tablets would not stay down and suppositories not being made anymore except by a compounding chemist and no, I did not give him his suppositories

Bernie, I hope that you are feeling better and on the way to recovering. We have had some patchy light rain overnight here. Might get up to 17 if I'm lucky, the man in my phone says.
I hope that all are otherwise well and the lockdown ends soon.
Cheers

Good morning 21 cloudy, overcast maybe we will get the rain that was predicted for yesterday.

Hope you improve today Bernie, physio explained to me that when my head hit the pavers it was like dropping a box of rocks on the ground, displacing them, I was out cold, remember the paramedic saying to me on the way to the hospital, " stay with me, Shirley & asking me all sorts of questions, "I'm not allowed on ladders anymore. :D

Shirley,
Join the club!
For some strange reason SWMBO has banned me from climbing anything taller than our kitchen 2-step ladder, and I’m not allowed on that unless she’s present.
Wonder why............ :? :D
