Those exercises look OK for a person in good physical condition.
However, given my present situation rib-wise, maybe not a good idea.
Dropping quickly onto my right side would result in an instant (and painful) reminder that I have 11 broken ribs which have not yet healed .
Maybe I’ll leave trying the exercises until my ribs heal.

Bernie, I hope that you are feeling better and on the way to recovering. We have had some patchy light rain overnight here. Might get up to 17 if I'm lucky, the man in my phone says.
