Newcastle George

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Shirley,
Opened my eyes and lifted myself out of the recliner at 10:00. A couple of Panadol will suffice and may go for a walk sometime this morning, 17* at the moment. Still having difficulty opening my mouth to any extent, even eating a banana was stretching things a bit far. :o

Bruce,
I told my daughter that I need to get onto the MH roof to work out at what point I should have taken more care.

Take it easy George. There is no need to get well soon, then find out the hard way where you slipped from. 😁 How is the pain going?

Thinking of ya George.
If you are seriously worrying about the roof of the bus, why not get Sean to climb a ladder next to the bus and take a few pics for you?

Hope the face feels better soon and those ribs will be a take the good days when you get them, for a while. Stay in hibernation for as long as you need, it's a good way to save you from getting this damned virus.

George,
I hope your recovery is faster than mine.
I’ve just dropped the overnight Endone from the retinue.
Doc is gradually reducing other painkillers. Down between 25~30% on the opening round.
My slow recovery is complicated by a history of bone marrow cancer, which you have fortunately missed.
The panelbeating on the face might extend your recovery.
Hope all goes well for you.
Regards & God bless,
Ray

If we all park up next to each other, we could make a 100 bed hospital faster than the Chinese.

And if in a circle, then it could be an I see you ward.

Hope you all get better soon. (I just realized it's almost 8 months is my bypass surgery.... Time flies)

The last two days have seen me walk about 4km in total without difficulty however, I don't think I would be lifting much. Intake of painkillers has been reduced but still need an Endone and a Targin to get me through the night. I have a few jobs I would like to complete but am a little wary. Julie emailed a photo of my facial injury taken shortly after hospitalisation but after it had been cleaned up.
