Off to Howard markets this morning ..passenger in next door's car...its a Jeep so all will be well
Hope I don't buy anymore trees I'm out of holes
I buggard around with my old chainsaw yesterday...and finally got it going...bewdy..

Had a visit from Kay n Bruce yesty stopped off for lunch on their way to Bundy.

Good morning, 8 to cold to be out of bed, just returned from Belmont hospital, Bruce had a massive nose haemorrhage & was taken to hospital, finally after about 2 1/2 hours they managed to stop it bleeding, came home with nasal spray to be used twice a day.

Good morning all, late start today. I woke up at 2.00am but that's a bit early to get going so after a while got back to sleep. I hope that Bruce is OK Shirley. Better cook him steak for brekky. Enjoy your Jeep ride Bernie. Let us know if you find some holes, it's a bugger if you have to make your own. It's 12 deg here now heading for 23. Have a great day everyone.

Morning all. Could have done with Bernie & his chainsaw here yesterday. ‘Our’ one & only Pawpaw tree fell down. Had looked poorly since we arrived. All trunk & just a small handful of leaves at the very top. About 10’ tall. The root base had basically turned mush, all ‘jelly-like’ & wet. Strange given the dry ground. Have had a sprinkler on it once a fortnight. Hope it’s not my fault!

Well they didnt have holes for sale so I didnt buy any more trees...was tempted
Next door bought some stuff .
Had a phone call from an old mate yesterday...we used to work together about some 25 years back...was good to catch up..must go visit him and his wife they live out near Charleville Qld .
And its got to that time of the week again ....yep bacon and egg day....yaa.

Happy bacon and egg day everyone.
Bernie, apparently I need the practice so I am allowed to try again today. Today I will be trying a different way of poaching the eggs. If i remember i will be doing hash browns in the air fryer.
I can't wait until all the the little cafes and restaurants are open again and we can all go and get a feed.

Morning all, got woken early this morning by the sound of a ‘wild cat’ in our trap. Am about to take a drive to re-locate it. Think I may have to adopt this Sunday bacon and eggs malarkey.
