Hi brain trusts out there .
My phone...so called smart phone has stopped recognizing Bluetooth ??
It doesn't see the Victron 100/30 solar controller or my hands free in the car ?? It did .
this has only happened since the weekend.
But it can see my smart TV ???
Any phone tec's out there with some ideas of a remedy for this problem ??
The phone is a OPPO AX5s

Bernie, my Samsung phone did the same sort of thing to me a few weeks back. It wouldn't see my hearing aids. I got it going again by deleting the pairing then turning the phone off. When it restarted I paired it again and it was fine. I hope that it isn't a 'Victron thing' because that's one of the reasons I bought a Victron controller for my solar, that I still haven't finished.

Happens from time to time, as David has done, just delete and repair i.e. re pair and usually all fixed

I just done that twice...still cant see my Victron or my car...did pick up my TV again plus when over at van picked up
what I think was my neighbors TV .

You're lucky, mine won't even work as a hotspot to my computer.

It may be an android thingy, my neighbour's ph keeps telling her she has no wifi and Bluetooth at times won't work, yet my ph is fine and I use Ubports not an android or apple system. Have you checked for updates, it could be there's a new Bluetooth upgrade and the old one is failing, so try reinstalling Bluetooth with an upgrade. The Bluetooth in my ph upgraded not long ago, but that was through a Linux connection.

I just deleted the victron app from the phone and then reinstalled it..
Still don't work.....

Just to prove a point I installed the victron app into Carols phone..
Still wont connect .
I have phoned the supplier but he needs it there to make an assessment .
But that's going to have to wait till we are going to Bundy...BIG bugga

Thanks Bruce , the unit (except for the blue tooth) is working I do have a 12v LED where I can see it so I don't have to lift the bed (bit of a struggle with Carol asleep) to see at a glance the voltage .
I'll probably get one of the remote thingys when the boss doesn't see me buying it
I will have a look on the victron forum...didn't know there was one .
