Good morning 14, very wet, continual drizzle & heavy rain, looks like it's set in for another day, kids not happy when I dropped them at school, another full day in the classroom. Plenty of water laying about everywhere & water level high in the lake, son has put boat out on the mooring, water lapping under jetty.

Good morning all. - ..................... The referred pain from shoulder not getting any better so managed to get appt with shoulder man at 11am. Probably doing too much too soon, keep listening to physio and see me on 17th .............. Have a good one.

Kay, when I had my shoulder done, probably 3 1/2 years now, I kept getting pain and pins and needles. The specialist said that it just takes more time, as we are not quite and young as we once were. I get occasional pain and often get pins and needles still. My physio said that I should just keep plugging away, but don't overdo things. Good luck. I hope that it all works out eventually.

It's a beautiful day on the GC now, but a little cool in the breeze.
