It’s a portable negative pressure ‘tent’ hood developed by RMH.
Lower air pressure inside helps stop the virus spreading to people nearby (including nurses & doctors).
The air being pumped out is scrubbed through filters to a level which stops the virus before the air is exhausted.
They are being manufactured full speed, and distributed Australia-wide. Not sure if they’re exported.

Maybe the same thing is needed in reverse for the front line workers. A filter to remove any virus pathogens and then pressure fed to a full face/head shield so no outside unfiltered air can enter. A similar system is used for spray painting 2 pack automotive paint to keep the cyanide away from the painter as the paint and dust is a cyno-acrylic. It is an issue even when rubbing back the paint is a repair needs to be made, the paint dust is just as poisonous. A similar system is used when particle blasting a surface clean, the fine dust shreds the lungs
