Dave goes to bed early so that he can wake at 4am or thereabout and think of where he is going to walk.

George, if it was only 4.00am every day it would be great. Sometimes it isn't much after the last goodnights. I just i could figure out the reason why. Its bloody annoying.

Wouldn't mind too much except that there is usually nothing intelligent on TV overnight, except the all night news on ABC, and sometimes that is a bit too lefty left for me.

Sad fact, apparently it is quite normal for many as we age not to need as much sleep & have difficulty sleeping, that is why many take sleeping tablets, others fall asleep anytime day or night, there doesn't seem to be an answer for the problem.

I can sleep whenever I decide to however, on Wednesday night I had to get up and stand on cold tiles 4 times with leg cramps.

Morning all those that cant sleep....heheh...I get up at 4.30 each and every morning I go to bed at 8.30 I get my 8 hours of sleep.
Eureka Helen I found 8 wallaby's yesterday.....but the brolga's went to be seen .
Done some work on the old camper-trailer yesterday...gunna get it ready to sell.
That's about all from me so far this morning .
