Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!
Happy bacon and egg day today everyone. Had the worst nights sleep that i have had for a while. We stayed at an eco lodge last night. New name for backpackers. It was the only accommodation the we could find. The common room and facilities is on the other side of the corro wall of our room. Was a great surprise party that we came up for though. Safe travels everyone.
Cheers

Good morning, woke up to a strong N/E wind ripping across the lake & rain, deck wet right up to the glass doors & it doesn't look like subsiding anytime soon. Hope you're pain free & feeling better today George.
Late good morning all!
Rain was pi$$ing down last night.
Then 22* & sunny today.
Precast says ditto tomorrow, and an OK Tuesday.
However, with guests booked for Wednesday to view our garden, Mr Murphy says we’re in for more rain!
Regards & God bless,
Ray

Helen, the storm bird is a type of cuckoo. He is called the storm bird as he/ she is only heard in storm season usually when the barometer drops. Looks like a black butcher bird with red eyes. Have a squiz at youtube and you can hear both of his calls. He is usually really hard to spot. Almost always high up in a tall tree.
