Truth in labelling

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Must be that thick it has set at room temperature  When the trucks first claimed the new technology allowed for extended oil change periods, when the sump plug was removed, nothing came out  Had to run flushing oil in the motor for 30 mins and drop the oil while the engine was hot, it still came out like honey, just shiny black honey with lots of metal flake through it ...

I'm a black beer drinker when I have a beer, which is well over a year ago and Guinness is my favourite black beer on tap, inlee there is a local craft beer. Bottled beer, it's Montieths from NZ which is a lovely beer.

It's a pity grog gives us so much trouble in our bodies, considering it's such a nice indulgence at the time.

Still find Coopers stout a hard drop to beat either in the long neck or if you can find somewhere with it on tap ... a steak in every glass

My problem is I'm allergic to preservatives and most bottled grog has preservatives in it and don't think I've come across Coopers stout on tap, otherwise would certainly try it.

My understanding of no added sugar, is that they use artificial sweeteners. My mother was a saccharin freak had it in coffee, tea and even put it in some of her food and it tasted horrible. I'm one of those lucky people who don't have a sweet tooth, in fact find sweet things taste awful to me, other than fruit.

When I was making my own beer I tried many things in the wort.
Honey was the worst taste of all, ( I dumped the whole brew ) molasses wasn't too bad but I eventually went back to quality raw sugar.
Now I make my own spirits and won't use anything else than raw sugar ( and rainwater if I can get it ) for better ''refined '' taste.
