Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Morning all expect mostly sunny for the day but a good chill at the moment. Started doing the wife’s rose bed yesterday. One hole dug until I hit clay so going to have to raise the bed a bit. Will take a while to do but steady steady is the way.
Helen are you heading back into SA? Drive carefully and have fun. Cheers Robert
"tanks" here---Not only raise the bed, but also dress the hole with gypsum or something to break down the clay for the root area.
Keith.
I'm now 87 years old, having experienced another birthday, and I'm still living in WA, single (gave up looking), white hair, no teeth, no money, no worries.
I plan to have another birthday next year.
Thanks Keith doing that as well as the old test of filling the hole with water and giving it 24 hrs to empty. If emptied in that time ok. Hole is 30 inches in diameter and 16 inches deep. Also raised another 6 inches above ground level. Cheers Robert.
Morning everyone, had a senior moment a few posts back...the kids are heading to Carnarvon gorge.
On a more serious note..we ran out of water on another tank.. down to less than one now.... bugga.thats three dry.
Would be good if it rains...... sometime soon.
Bernie.
Good morning everybody. Those clouds missed us as well, i hope you blokes get some rain soon. We are off down the coast a bit for our walk today, going to a different dog beach then having lunch with a mate. So far, it looks like a bright sunny day. Its good to see that some restrictions have been eased for those in Melbourne. Have a lovely day everyone. Safe travels.
Cheers

Morning every one .
D day has arrived off to Mingo Crossing till Friday...service there is patchy may or may not have it .
Just have to give the plants one more drink before leaving...around 9 am...tiz only 40 Ks...big trip .

Good morning everybody, just another day in paradise. Still no rain in sight though. We had a problem with the little Jimny yesterday, the immobiliser decided it was going to stop all systems operating. The man in the yellow van tried to tell me that the battery was faulty, but he couldn't jump start it. Looks like the key was playing up, as it started ok after about an hour of leaving the keys in the sun.
Bernie , we found there was service as at Mingo up the hill near the kiosk. Nothing down the bottom. Have a good trip.
Safe travels everyone, have a great day.
Cheers
