We where in Peterborough for anyone going through or staying there the train Museum has 2 great tours reusable price well worth it

Happy bacon and egg day everybody. I haven't checked the gauge yet but we had a fair old downpour yesty arvo. Its bright and sunny at the mo'. But the man says more rain to come. The Tigers won the footy last night so I am pretty happy. I hope the Storm can get up today.

Good morning 17 says cloudy but just rain & more rain at the moment, the severe storms that were forecast overnight blew right on past us fortunately, we did have some thunder & lightning before bedtime, can't even see the other side of the lake.

Bernie hope you are on the mend you must be finding it hard to take it easy & do nothing, hope all others are on the mend too that have been unwell.

Good morning from wetter Rothwell- 32ml from storm yesterday- green grass already. Bernie our daughter had severe face/head shingles earlier in the year which she though was midge bites as had been on a forest trail walk so too late for tablets. Dr gave her script for some anaesthetic patches which she wore for a few days and the certainly relieved the pain. Fortunately no recurrence so far.
