Very clever, as the open steelwork on top of the brick tower with iron tank makes it look like a bottle ¾ full.
(Apparently a full steel bottle-shaped canopy would have been too heavy for the old brickwork.)
Unfortunately it is now Heritage Listed, so we can’t put a label on it saying “Welcome to Rutherglen”...
