Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Bruce had a blood test yesterday- has anyone ever been told to do NOTHING involving work for 24 hours?
I can only imagine if they are on blood thinners, or..... council employment.

Morning everyone. Bit cold in Melbourne over the last few days. Looking forward to a few hot days. Ramping up to 38 on Sunday and then cooling off a little.

Macca wrote: Tue Jan 19, 2021 7:43 am Good morning all. At last- 50ml in gauge this morning. Lesley just finished The Good Sister- different!. Another I have just read was The Dressmaker's Secret- sequel to the movie The Dressmaker- also good. Off to library today to collect my reserve of The Pillars Of The Earth.
Yes, “The Good Sister” was a good read. Will have to look for “The Dressmaker’s Secret” as I really enjoyed “The Dressmaker”. Love Ken Follett’s books. We have both “World Without End” and “Fall of Giants” if you haven’t read them and would like to borrow.

Have listened to”Force of Nature”, a sequel to “The Dry”. Very good too. Have just borrowed the audio book “The Lost Man” by Jane Harper.

Clocked up 30 years of wedded bliss today. Not sure we will make another 30 though.
Cheers

Why not, Lesley?
We’re about to clock up 45...
Had our ups & downs, but more of the former makes it all worthwhile. 😀

Not because we won’t be together but more likely that one or both of us will be dead!

Good morning- still dark and do I hate short days! Congrats to you both Lesley. Get in that home and travel while physically fit and able.
Time is passing too quickly so live life to the full with your spouse/partner while you still have she/he by your side.

Good morning everyone, we are the same as Shirley 54 years, you have some catching up Lesley 😁.
We all went swimming in the ocean yesterday, water was great. Had snapped and chips for the main meal.
Just another day in paradise 😁😁.
Bernie.
