Scary stuff!!! cant even reach the pedals properly, has to take his foot away from the brake to reach the accelerator. Doesn't look before reversing (did you see him knock into the big blue skip bin?? and he has no awareness of the effects of travelling with a heavy load lifted up above the vehicle. Recipe for disaster, but whilst the laws don't ban this sort of practice, it will continue to happen.
