The dump point at St Arnaud, Victoria is very suitable for big rigs or cassettes.
It MAY be a bit high for some lower rigs with hoses from the bottom of their tanks as it has to go over the edge of the pit.

Gravity should do the job if the bottom of your black tank is above the level of the lip.
Not a consideration when you have a macerator pump...
