Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Good morning everyone. Bernie, have you seen many mice about? We are doing the tourist thing around Portland today. It's a bit cool here and there are a couple of heaters cranked up already. Ours will be going shortly.
Travel safe everyone. Have a great day.
Cheers
David

Good morning 10, sunny another beautiful start to the day on Lake Macquarie, a few dark clouds maybe might bring a shower.

Our team didn't win Bob, it was only social, the winning teams go in a draw for $10 each & the loosing teams for $5 each, we were lucky to win $5 each 🤣 Club money can only spend it in the club.🍺🍺. Playing in a gala day next Monday.
Our girls grade 3 & 4 have managed to get to the play offs in the pennants this year, I wasn't able to play in same on account of looking after g'sons.

Wow, the sky has almost turned black with the clouds while I have be typing this post.

Just returned from the early morning walk. There was a light frost down Portland way overnight. Not a lot of action with the log trucks but the wood chip trucks are still working. Things at the port are nowhere near as busy as they were early last year, there must be a lot of people hurting, income wise, down this way.
I hope all those that are unwell or recovering from procedures can make a full and speedy recovery.
Cheers

A very late Good Morning. We departed Mudgee on Thursday morning and headed for Denman via Cassilis where we spoke to a chap as he was disposing of mice into the garbage bin, he said that the entire village was having to do same with approx 100 mice per day.

Arrived at Denman and camped in the hotel grounds with shower and toilets provided free of charge, trusting that campers would purchase some dinner and drinks for the privilege, which we certainly did. Staid the night and this morning headed for home arriving at approx 10:30.

Morning folks heading to another 22c today but overcast. What a lovely day yesterday wad, sunshine and no clouds all day really enjoyable.

Had a excellent day looking after the grandson yesterday we went shopping for home made pizza for dinner and some where along the way a ball and a few hot wheel cars ended up in the shopping. Must check what falls in next time. Home for some lunch and finally had him asleep just in time to pick his sister up from school.

Mum and dad arrived later and S.I.L gave me a hand to relevel two of the tables for my train set up. Molly made 4 different pizza’s and they were all delicious. Enjoyed by all of us. Sent the daughter home with a pile of picture frame for her self and odds and ends for her school class. More stuff out of the house. Slowly getting rid of the excess.

A great day and the best part was the major pain was not there until the end of the night when I twisted the wrong way. Had the nagging little constant pain all day but was a relief not to carry the major stuff for a few hours.

Quite weekend planned so take care folks and drive carefully cheers Robert
