Good morning Folks.
The only exciting thing to happen yesterday was I went and had a bone density test.
Will find out in a week or so if I have any bone's
and the thickness of said 
We off to the big smoke today ...time to give the girls back
till next time.
Almost forgot... the gantry is erected beside the :winny" waiting for the new exhaust fan thingy to be placed in the old one's spot.

Good morning everyone. We are hoping for a top of 20 today with no rain. Off to the doc this morn to get results of blood tests. Then might get back to cleaning the mh. Still haven't finished the outside after our trip down south.

Good morning All, currently 6* here with max of 15* forecast. I'm off to get my 2nd AZ jab today which was delayed by a fortnight due to nurse mistakenly giving me a pneumonia injection the day before the AZ jab was scheduled.

bugger me it is cold. Just got home from the city having the pillcam and it's accessories fitted, as long as the light keeps flashing then it is working it's way through the gut.I have not been able to have anything to eat or drink since 8pm last night and still 0 until 0945hrs but then only water.At 1145hrs I am granted a small light meal, then at 9pm I can take the accessories off, Take it back in the morning but they didn't want the pill Nearly gave me a stroke having to be up and on the road so dam early, it was dark, Might have a lay down for an hr or so. Have a safe day everyone x

Morning again 10.5c but not the cold that has been for the past week. Heading to 16c so could be a good day.
Doctors appointment this morning to discus the elbow and the usual monthly talk. At Noon we both have our first vaccination so that part will be over and done with. Rest of the week is clear and nothing planned at this stage.
