Re: Nightly Goodnight Everyone
I had one hell of a fright last night, had to go to the loo and didn't turn the light on so after I did my thing I thought I had given birth to an alien or I had a case of glow worms
Staring me in the eye was a flashing light, Yes at last it was my pillcam finally as free as Willie, so I said my good buy and he went on his next adventure
Thought you might like to know that
We had visitors today, back from their holiday Mr & Mrs Bobk came to catch up. Good to see old friends for sure and there were plenty of laughs. Mainly about Chuck Boys on bikes are on and so its a goodnight everyone x
Goodnight Toolman x

G'night Dottie...
Are you still receiving pictures from your lunar lander?
Arrived today at Maryborough RV HomeBase, courtesy of an invitation from Lesley & Erich (Swisslulu).
Very impressed with the HomeBase setup, but not enough to cause me to sell up and move North.
Planning to stay at HomeBase for the allowed two days, then move to another campsite for a few more days in M'borough.
After that, the plan is to meander in a generally south-westerly direction until we hit the NSW border.
What happens then depends on permission to enter the state...

Re: Nightly Goodnight Everyone
What an adventure that pillcam is having Dot. Hope it has sent good clear piccies of what they need to know to make you good as new. xxxx
Ray, the way our gov is not handling this covid crapola, it would be very wise to avoid any travel through the coast of NSW. Truthfully, the inland roads are far more interesting anyway and lots of great little towns with showground camping to make it so much cheaper than the coast. Happy travels.
After the gov announced that we are now having even more harsh lockdown conditions, kilnman rang. He is worried that I cannot legally, get the kiln home under these rules. He delivered it to my shed this afternoon, so that we are not breaking any rules at all. He made sure to be out of the area before the next lot of rules hit and we are not wanting to do anything to break those rules.
While I will be happier making more stuff, it is becoming an issue that I have made so many lovely things and have not been able to sell them, so storage is now a problem. Once the lockdown is done and dusted, I may have to have a yard sale, just to give me some more space to continue creating.

Re: Nightly Goodnight Everyone
Deb,
That’s why we’re heading SW when we leave Maryborough — we’re hoping to attack the NSW border at St George or somewhere thereabouts.
We are studiously avoiding anywhere within cooee of a red zone. A bit hard to avoid orange zone, as the whole of NSW outside Greater Sydney is declared orange!
The vague idea at the moment is to meander through the backblocks, maybe Moree, Dubbo and points south.
Maryborough & Bundaberg are the closest to the coast we’ve been in many years of travel.

"tanks" here---
When Doone returned to WA she went via Goondiwindi, and Texas, and then into the back blocks of NSW.

I'm now 87 years old, having experienced another birthday, and I'm still living in WA, single (gave up looking), white hair, no teeth, no money, no worries.
I plan to have another birthday next year.

My bombers thrashed the crows last night so I was haooy then Ash Barty won, the boys on bikes had a few prangs so a good night it was. Hoping Ash B does well tonight. George has decided to restart his badminton playing again but he came home with sore pukeko legs
Deborah Are you able to melt down any items that you have not sold for a while and remake them into something else? Good that you got the kiln back so get to it.
Saying goodnight everyone x

Re: Nightly Goodnight Everyone
Dot, yes, I have done a total rebuild of many of my jewellery pieces and some of my less than perfect plates are next in line for remodelling. I hope you are feeling a lot betterer now without that alien invader.

George, state of origin is such a wank, that really, who cares? Footbrawlers are obviously a special breed who can do no wrong, until they are caught out. Then they are told "naughty boy" and let out to keep repeating the same stupid behaviours. We have also been noticing the horse racing industry is not following the rules either. How can horses that are trained in Hawkesbury along with their trainers and retinue, be allowed to race in Newcastle? The rules are obviously only for some and not for others. One of our local f**kbook sites has been on about a couple of food trucks that are going from the Sydney areas into Central Coast areas. How is that an essential service?
Shirley, our daughter who lives in Bondi Junction has only had her first shot yesterday. She had to keep ringing all the local doctors, until she could make an appointment. The gov site offered her one late in August. We have not been impressed with how they are not looking after teachers, yet demanding that they go to the schools in the infectious areas regardless of their own immune status. Hope your son has better luck soon.
