Re: Good morning daily
Good morning everyone, another top day on the cards here. Had a nothing day yesterday, finished up just walking on the ocean beach. Might do a bit of yard work today.
Happy hump day everybody. Safe travels all those out on the roads.

Re: Good morning daily
Ray, can’t find your original post but Chris and Val are definitely at Doonvilla. We had happy hour with them from 4-6 today. We saw your rig but I guess you would have a late return from Fraser Island. They are in the row behind you and further into the park. Gold coloured Kedron Caravan and Gold coloured Landcruiser. They are leaving tomorrow and heading to Bundaberg.
Hope you had a great tour. Could you give us the link to it please?

Re: Good morning daily
Lesley,
We left at 07:00, returned at 18:45. Had a great day. One more crossed off the bucket list!
Our transportation was a MAN 6WD coach driven by Mark who spent 19 years as an Army truck driver and 10 years as a driver instructor. He could almost play a concerto with the gears!
Words of warning:
1. We both came back with sore legs from climbing in & out of the bus.
2. Take seriously the request for everyone to buckle up their seatbelts, the sandy track gets pretty bouncy in places.
3. Take your own lunch. For $240/pp we expected better than 3rd-rate pub grub. The choice was burgers or fish&chips. Joy’s fish was dry. My steak burger was tough, the bottom of the bun was saturated while the top was dry (almost stale) & filling was a small piece of lettuce, a slice of tomato and a slice of an unidentifiable vegetable. I suspect it had been made at least 2 hours before & left in a warming oven.

Re: Good morning daily
Morning everyone.
I'm finally running off the hot spot, new battery arrived
Done a shed re-arrange yesterday, the Ute now fits inside the smaller shed
Plus some garden re-arrange for the "boss", plus painted the thingo for the new exhaust thingy
That was about it. Opps I seen some wallaby's on my walk.
Pull your tongue in Robert
Bernie.
