Well the 10 days were up and we needed something for tea so the tongues came out. Decided to cook all three at once as I also want to do some pressed tongue.
Done the cooking the same as we do our silverside and it was a pleasure too know I had it all right. The brining was perfect for our taste with no overpowering flavour or strong taste of salt.
Was a lovely meal, been too load since we had ox tongue

Terry it is an excellent bit of meat a regular meal for us in the NT and QLD, so happy we have found a supply down here. Robert

Looks good we just had same for dinner but shop bought bacon, had porridge & cereal for breakfast.
