Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Good morning everyone. There are clear blue skies on the GC today as we head for a top of 24, with maybe a chance of a shower. Did some more paving yesterday. Hopefully will get it finished today. Happy bacon and egg day everybody. Safe travels all those lucky enough to not be locked down.
Cheers

Still raining at Innisfail FNQ. Just filling in time as I have a week and a half to go to the optomologist for my shot in the eye.
Then head for Dysart.

Morning folks great sunny day yesterday and heading into another one today.

New owners of the little van came to pick up at 6 pm yesterday but he had the wrong adaptor for the car to the van. Expecting them soon and then the driveway will be free to rip up the rest of the pavers. Things are starting to mesh in nicely for once.

Have a great Sunday folks and enjoy your bacon and eggs. Cheers Robert

Good morning 14c, beautiful sunshine another perfect start to the day, the lake is calm & inviting, I might go out on my kayak.

Peter it's about time the authorities harnessed some of the water that falls in FNQ & diverted it inland, surely with the modern machinery they could bore tunnels, not even wet season to be experiencing so much rain.

I'm sure there was talk about doing just that yrs ago and the big cotton growers and other water users were going to put up funds towards it ..... no idea what happened from there .... Might try a Google search later

Was that the Bradfield scheme ? Imagine trying to get that past the greenies now. Might upset a little green frog somewhere. :(

Good morning everyone. Another top day coming up, so BoM tells me. Didn't get the paving finished yesterday, need to cut a few different shapes today. Dunno where most of the day went, but it did. Off to the docs with Terrie this morn for some follow up stuff. Nothing much else to report. Have a great day everybody, safe travels.
Cheers
