Re: Good morning daily
Shirley, I have a Samsung phone, never had that message pop up before. I wouldn't install it.You should be able to click the 3 dots that will be on that message somewhere then click a stop seeing this message box. About once a month or so, you will get a notification to update your phone. I update mine every time that pops up. That should keep the phone up to date and hopefully keep all the nasties away.
Cheers

Re: Good morning daily
Thanks Robert & David, didn't think that I should install it, it just pops up everyday more than once.
I don't open emails unless I know who has sent them, so all good in that department.
Sure is different to my old Apple phone & was a heap cheaper than buying a new
, guess I will get use to it.

Try a Google search on your 'puter to see if it is legitimate or malware, malicious software type of thing ...Shirley wrote: ↑Fri Oct 01, 2021 6:33 am The wind woke us up at 6am blowing a gale mainly from the north with a little west, it has subsided now thankfully as we have big next door gum trees hanging over our house. Huge heavy grey cloud hanging over the lake so we might get some more rain.
I have a new Samsung mobile phone, keeps telling me that I need to download Phone Cleaner Free from Google Play, comes up with Warning !Too much junk in your device, Clean Now ??
Should I install it??
Margaret uses a site called "Virus Total .com" to check if any programs are infected or a known virus problem and website addresses can also be checked, a very handy tool in the fight to keep that sort of stuff off your electronic devices.

Good morning everyone. Its good to see that everywhere and elsewhere got a decent drink yesty arvo. Only last about 45 minutes up here in Toowoomba. Everybody must have thought it was going to hail so cars were parked in all the pavilions and shelters at the SG's. We are off to the zoo today. Have a top weekend. Bye bye Gladys. Safe travels.

HOME SECURITY FOR SENIORS
Now that I'm old, slow and on a fixed income, I've disconnected my home alarm system. I also decided to turn off my external lights and have resigned from Neighbourhood Watch.
To save money I've raised 2 Pakistani flags in my front garden, one at each corner and have the black flag of ISIS in the centre.
It's so good now, my neighbours, the Local Police, the Federal Police and the Armed Forces are all keeping watch on my house 24/7. In addition, I am followed & watched everywhere I go. I've never felt safer, and I'm saving $149.50 a month! GO SENIORS

I'm now 87 years old, having experienced another birthday, and I'm still living in WA, single (gave up looking), white hair, no teeth, no money, no worries.
I plan to have another birthday next year.
